Freedom Medical Systems® | PM | EHR | ERX is priced as a monthly provider license fee and is available for Part-Time and Full-Time providers.  Eligible Providers (EP’s) interested will receive a detailed cost summary containing the necessary technological capabilities, functionality, and security to help meet the MIPS ACI objectives as well as all one-time, monthly and annual cost associated with the implementation, training, hardware and software installation services we provide new clients.

Full-Time Provider

A Full-Time Provider shall be End-User that: (i) is Medical Doctor, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner; and (ii) provides clinical care to patients twenty (20) hours per week or more.  The definition of a Full-Time Provider shall also include: (i) Resident Providers; and (ii) Therapist Providers.

  • A “Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine” is a Medical Doctor licensed to perform surgery.
  • A “Doctor of Medicine” is an End-User licensed to practice medicine.
  • A “Nurse Practitioner” is an End-User with a graduate degree in advanced practice nursing who is qualified to treat certain medical conditions without the direct supervision of a Medical Doctor.
  • A “Physical Assistant” is an End-User who: (i) graduated from a nationally accredited ARC-PA program; and (ii) passed the national certification exam.
  • A “Resident Provider” is an End-User that is both: (i) a student in a program of graduate medical education; and (ii) authorized by Client to use the Integrated Service as a clinical user. Resident Providers are supervised by more senior residents and by attending physicians.
  • A “Therapist Provider” is an End-User that is either a physical therapist or occupational therapist that is authorized by Client to use the Integrated Service as a clinical user and bills for their clinical care.

Part-Time Provider

A Part-Time Provider shall be End-User that: (i) is Medical Doctor, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner; and (ii) provides clinical care to patients twenty (20) hours per week or less.  The definition of a Part-Time Provider shall also include: (i) Resident Providers; and (ii) Therapist Providers.
